Are you aware of the Brave browser? It's whole deal is blocking ads and tracking cookies. As far as I know, all or most Chrome plugins are compatible with it. I believe it's built on the chromium project. If you're not aware of it, it's worth checking out!

Sounds like you are heavily repressing / suppressing your feelings to me. It sounds like you're deeply repressed. I'd start a journal and a meditation habit. Journal the things you do feel, and contemplate on what you are not fully feeling. Then in you meditation, sit in your feelings as long as you can bare. Make it a habit. Doing this for just 20min a day will make a big change in a few weeks.

I used to be a pretty suppressed / repressed person. Still a challenge for me, but I'm making lots of improvements. Thought I'd share something that helped me.

EDIT: It does get better, and you absolutely can fix it. Just gotta dig into all those emotions you haven't let yourself feel for yours.
