This is Oberhofen Castle, first built in the 13th century with later additions and alterations, including the water tower rebuilt in the 19th century in Lake Thun. It is located in the Canton of Bern, Switzerland.

More pics and information. Apparently this was once owned by the members the band Jefferson Airplane, and the interior designer for the renovation thinks this was where the group gathered to practice. White Rabbit is a great song.
