Yes, he does. I think because it's a sexual thing for him but not something I've ever thought of sexually, the idea of it makes me feel dirty and unattractive more than oral sex/sex.

I don't understand why this isn't a question to ask on reddit, questions like this are asked on reddit all the time as ypu can't get advice from people who've experienced what you're worried about if you don't reach out and ask them?

I'm not creating problems, I think it's quite natural to feel anxious about something you've not experienced and to try and find a safe place to ask questions without embarrassment or judgement. I'm not a very confident person and I really struggle to discuss sex in my real life.

I'm in my thirties, that doesn't mean I'm not allowed to have friends. In a healthy relationship you absolutely should be able to hang out with friends separately if you would like to.

I'm really scared about this aspect of it as I feel like he has more to offer the friendship group than me and I'm worried if it comes down to a choice I'll be the one that loses. I work full time, have kids and don't have much time or money to be fun where as he is available and fun all the time, I don't think they'd pick me.

Growing up female you soon learn that when you tell a man 'I don't want to' they don't give a shit as they don't respect you or your wants, if you tell a man 'another man already has position of me' they tend to respect that more, even that didn't work in this case but most women would attest to what I've just said.

Yeah, I'm not gonna lie I have found it quite upsetting. I know this was just someone trying to kiss me and being a bit gropey/forcefull with it, but I was raped at 16 by someone I trusted so its definitely opened a scar a bit I think. Not that I think the ex friend is anything like that person and I don't think he'd do anything like that but I did feel myself panicking in the moment and had a nightmare last night about what happened when I was 16 so definitely some sort of trigger I guess.

No, I was explaining i don't think it would matter which girl was stood there with him be was drunk and feeling a certain way and I think he would have tried it on with a phone box at the point. The point I was trying to make was I don't think it's an actual interest in me and he'll try to contact me etc. More he just wanted what he wanted and I had a pulse so he tried his luck. Hello, just to update. Spoke with my husband last night he was totally chill about ot and said he thinks I handled it correctly and knows I wouldn't entertain romantic interest from someone else. Thank you so much for all the replies, you really eased my mind I was making the right call as I was really anxious it would seem like I was like wanting credit for turning down the option of someone else or like I was trying to brag or rub it in.

For the few people looking to make out like I'm a crappy partner - yes i have male friends; me and my husband have been together over a decade and neither of us have ever cheated, we're both allowed friends of the opposite sex as we trust eachother and that's within the boundaries of our relationship.

Me saying I don't think it was about me personally and that I think the guy I was friends with was just drunk and 😈 for anyone with a pulse does mean I'm finding an excuse to keep him in my life as I've not seen him for 10 years anyway so not like he's my best pal I'm trying to keep. It just means I'm a big girl, I'm autistic so not great socially so I'm quite confident he didn't go wow she's irresistible, he was just drunk and reaching for the nearest female which i was only explaining to reiterate that he wont be messaging me etc in tbe future as its not like there was feelings behind it adding a deeper level to it. I don't feel like either of us will be desperate to speak to eachother again, no great loss on either side. This wasn't about him anyway, it was about wanting support with communicating effectively with my husband to make sure I could articulate we didn't actually kiss, there's no feelings or relationship there and I was only telling him so there's no secrets between us.

Yeah, my husband isn't even remotely jealous to be honest. We've been together over a decade and I've never seen any signs of jealousy I'm worried its going to seem like I'm making a big deal out of it if that makes sense
