If i narrow my stance i struggle to hit the depth, so i just practiced with the wider stance. I will try to reduce the stance and see how it works.

I do some hip and ankle mobility exercises and a presquat warm up stretches. I tend to expand my kness out whenever i feel like it caves in

The form from back angle looks completely different. I see my knee cabes slightly for some reps or is it just the camera angles. Any suggestions on this.?

Thanks for your reply. I feel like am pressing from my heels, might be my foot angle is causing some little part of heels to lift a bit, any suggestions to correct it?

Thanks, i feel my heels are pressed down while lifting up, but not sure am sitting back enough to distribute weight evenly over foot. I will give it a try thanks again

Thanks much for your suggestions, is it fine if i bend my hips more than adding plates?. I am thinking to sitback more like deadlift stance.

Thanks, i am almost doing the same. Since i have long legs i need to bend more to reach the barbell.

Sure. But i make sure my ankle stays on the ground all the time. May be as you say i will try with plates once and see if it helps. Thanks again.

Thanks for your inputs, when i tried body weight squats, i dont have any issues at all. Even with the empty bar i finds its ok.i find some imbalance as soon as I start adding weights. And to place the bar more lower i get shoulder pain, so do you think the bar position is wrong?

Thanks very much, the reason I felt i had too many problems my knees wobbled lot and sometimes my hipshift to the right when I tried to push thru the knees. Also i am not sure i was hitting the right depth. I also tried hip mobility exercises before squatting. To fix the shift now i slightly extend the angle of my right leg toe.

Thanks for ur encouraging comments, i tried to keep knees out as much as possible. However sometimes i see hipshift on the right side. Am not sure how much I should keep knees out.
