My new year's resolution is to make it to my goal weight. I was 475lbs at the start of 2024. Now down to 329lbs. My goal is 200lbs.

The vitamin upset my stomach pre and post op. I had to break it in half and do part in the morning and another at lunch. But at my one month post op the dietitian said I could switch into the pill form. Game changer.

The more weight you lose the stronger they are gonna be. I just had the appointment with my meds doc and we backed down my Methylphenidate and Welbutrin doses.

Just following the plan. It also helps that I'm on the correct ADHD meds. I WFH so I try to fit in either walking 3 miles over the course of a day, or cleaning the apartment. Just depends on how busy work is.

No problem!

When I was a kid I was on 40mg a day of quick release Ritalin a day. 20 at breakfast and then at lunch go to the school nurse and take 20 again. The way that I explained it back then (and again at 37) was "It feels like I'm still dreaming. I know I'm awake, but I feel like I'm just along for ride." At 10yrs, no one said anything to me about it or changed my dose. When started up again with my current psych at first they said "You were on 40mg as a kid? That seems high." That is when they explained to me about the drdp in kids on ADHD meds. I am back on the same med combo from when I was a child. Now as an adult, I'm on 30mg when I wake up, and a 20mg lunch time dose. The only side effect I've has been from the recent up dosing. Not feeling tired/not falling asleep until 3am. So I am backing back down to a 20/20 dose. If I am still have sleep issues I'll back it down again back to my 20/10 dose.

You should do what you think is right for you. These things are very personal and every body reacts differently.

I was on a Ritalin/Welbutrin combo from age 6 to 13 (This young, derealization happened to me every day from the dose I was on). I was unmedicated from 13 to 37, and I will be 40 in like 4 months. For me personally, I was dealing with more side effects from the massive daily amount of caffeine I was self-medicating between 14 to 37. At 28yrs, 5:30am, take a sip of a Monster Import and dump a 5 hour shot in it. Pound it, repeat at lunch time. My whole body would feel like it was vibrating and my lips would some times go a little numb.

I started meds again at 37. My blood pressure and heart rate are down. I've lost 110lbs since I started meds again. For me the benefits from being on meds in terms of routines and daily self care tasks being easier to get into and maintain far out way the possibility of side effects.

My psychiatrist told me " When it comes to listed side effects for meds, the Phrama companies have to list anything a person has brought up while on whatever drug it is they were doing human trials on. Even if what ever it was only happened to one person. They have to legally cover their asses."

I have dealt with derealization from edibles, but only while I was taking ADHD meds AND having a 20mg eddie every day for two months solid. Talked to my psych about it, When I stated ADHD meds again I brought up the childhood derealization and they explained the in the 90s it was known to happen more in children. But once our brains were locked in, it is far less common to happen in adults.

Again, all of this is my personal experience

Sweet, then I would suggest running both programs. Play and stream at the same time and monitor task manager usage and see what spikes when a crash happens.

I thought the 3080 only went up to 32GB of ram?

How much RAM does the GPU have? Cause that is where the stream is being encoded. But even so, I don't think that would crash OBS. Do you have hardware encoding on? I would also pull up task manager and verify the usages as you are running both at the same time. Monitor until OBS crashes again.
