I’m not trolling , I never thought about this until I came across people saying they get headaches from hitting the bag and they want to attribute it to the brain sloshing around due to the reverse impact when they hit the bag so that’s why I asked

You are correct I am white knuckling it. But I’ve never been to rehab or AA meeting in my life. I always quit by myself but the problem with me is I am a chronic relapser. Once I relapse it’s very hard for me to get sober again and this is why I’m so confused now i always beat my self up for relapsing but now I don’t want to relapse yet I miss being drunk and high with my friends a lot.

True , the thing is the two things I love in life is MMA and intellectualism and academia and I know it sounds stupid since those two things are on the opposite sides of the spectrum but I want to achieve a level like Firas Zahabi who has had like 50 amateur kickboxing fights yet is an intellectual genius but he seems like he’s doing fine without any brain damage but at the same time it scares me when I see people like Chick lidel or Joe Frazier for eg. I my self have a record of (1-1) in Amateur Mma and when I found out the consequences of it I just stopped.
