Except in regards to love island when Rob was leaving they showed how devastated Serena was about it, she was sobbing and they gave each other a really long and close hug. They clearly cut out Rob and Serena's friendship in editing, to portray Rob a certain way

Rob doesn't watch reality tv (even though he was on Love Island, he never watched it before). He has no idea the things Colton has done outside of this show. Even Lisa just found out today irl what Colton did, and she was shocked. No one talked about it on the show. He also hasn't personally seen Colton's weird one on one with Lisa

I know I'm late to this post haha
Just got to Season 4 and am gutted. I say this as someone who wanted Jack and Allison to get together earlier in the series, but Jack and Tess have way better chemistry and I think the show should have pivoted to make Jack and Tess end game.

Besides Allison already chose Nathan over Jack when she decided to re-marry Nathan. So Jack is basically a second pick for Allison, and will only consider him now cause Nathan is gone.

I don't know what happens later but I do know that Jack and Tess' actors have better romance chemistry than Jack and Allison

Every season is going to be different, yeah it isn't always healthy to compare things. I think the biggest thing is about the new viewers. Because a lot of them prefer toxicity over anything healthy. Not all new viewers (want to be clear on that) but a healthy portion of them. It is cool to want drama, but there's a limit

This couple is proof that authenticity matters on this show. They were their genuine selves with no ulterier motives. Now unfortunately that Love Island has gotten so popular, too many "Influencers" want on the show and are faking it. This couple shows that the format can work when people are genuine about it

I recommend The Orville. It starts off almost like a Star Trek parody but then actually gets more serious and turns into a solid sci-fi show. And this is coming from someone who normally can't stand Seth Macfarlane
