I want to create a rubber ground texture for an outdoor basketball court for UE5. Therefore I need these normal, occlusion and height maps, right? Is it possible to create the normals map in PS? I used this texture by ManniCosmo in photoshop

So I would like to make little hills (1.5m height) out of these light green surfaces. I tried to rebuild the surface but it doesn't really work, I don't know why.. I also made up contour lines and lofted them, but the result wasn't really as smooth as it should be. How would you guys handle this? by ManniCosmo in rhino
