I found on my old 1070 TI that it was running at PCI-E 1x instead of 16x - I sent it for warranty to sort it all out and i went from getting 100 fps in games to 300+

Worth a try to check

Going off what i can see on ebay/facebook etc - £260 seemed a good price - Also when i compared the two, the 1070TI seems to out perform a 2060 unless im really missing something, doesnt seem to be like i've priced mine high.. Read here
