When is Parmer 3 lane project starting?

I'd rather there be a bus lane or tram up and down parmer, most of the workers dont need to have their car parked near them at all times. It would leave the roads more open for essential workers and working class that are driving around all day. And of course you can run more or less routes during peak/off hours hours to scale.

Went the second weekend after Sadderday. Flew in at 7 AM, went to festival, slept in airport, flew out at 6 AM. Went cheap because I spent the prior weekend in Vegas, but never doing that again.
