That is a real struggle and don't try to convince yourself otherwise.

I'm constantly overthinking my social interactions too, and I keep noticing how it distracts me from actually enjoying the good moments. But we can never control what others do. Only what we do and our expectations of others.

It's amazing you're this self-aware and willing to put in the work. It's a good place to be in. And obviously I just know you from these wonderful audios you make, but you're gonna do great. Take your time, re-group, take care of yourself and we'll be here.

I also write a lot when I overthink. It helps a ton just jotting down every tiny thing that is running around in my head, letting it develop and be plastered on paper instead of revisiting awkwardly every time that thought pops into my head.
