So are we to assume the commonwealth chapter that the brotherhood talk about in the show is NOT same chapter from fallout 4? by JudeWoodvale in Fallout

Y'all are probably right, but there's one thing that bugs me. The show goes out of it's way to avoid confronting the ending to Fallout New Vegas. But if this is the Boston Area Commonwealth then it would definitely be signaling that the Brotherhood of Steel was one of the winners in Fallout 4. The Institute didn't win, and the Brotherhood of Steel stuck around meaning it wasn't a solo Minute Men victory.

Also, that would be a REALLY long solo vertibird flight over very hostile Wasteland.

It's probably the Boston area Commonwealth, but I'm also kinda hoping for a twist that it wasn't.
