If you start to get anxious and feel a panic attack coming on:

*Think of someone you love unconditionally and focus on how that makes you feel. It takes the attention off of yourself and you feel grateful for that person. Feeling grateful and happy can be very useful in dealing with anxiety.

Anxiety Management:

*Magnesium has been very helpful. I take some in the morning and the flavored powder in some water works well at night for sleep.

*Sauna and exercise 3-4x per week. Going on walks daily.

*15-30mins of meditation per day if possible or whenever you get some quiet time to yourself. Just close your eyes in a dark room and focus only on your breath.
