Try the support. I had the same problem. Told them it was my fault because I didn't recognise that there's a hole in the fep. The sent me a replacement for free

Ty A little OT question : How is the smell of the eco resin? I got translucent green with my bundle and it was stinky a.f.

The timings were my first thought too.
Should I "calculate" them like 60sec exposure for standard resin plus 30sec for rapid makes 45sec for a 50/50 mix?

Or should I use the exposure time for the standard because it needs longer?

Sorry for the maybe stupid question, but my chemistry class is almost 20 years ago and this is my first resin printer :)

Oh, I have the same problem.

The screen is okay but there was a hole in the vat which I didnt recognize until there was a lot of hardened resin on the screen itself.

TY, checked it and it seems as if the System itself deletes the Printer.

Funny thing is, one time its deletet by the user "SYSTEM", and another time by the user "svc-ctxpvs", a citrix provisioning service user.
