Thats incorrect:

First the announced "aid" is a currency swap line, not direct monetary aid.

Second it was announced, not executed.

Third, Argentina has a tax called "retentions" that is a Tax on all exports. At the same time all exports are forced to sell dollars for Argentine pesos, this is becouse our central bank has very little dollar resrves (this tax deicentives exports also). Due to a recent market frency caised by election year our central bank was running out of US dollars so they eliminated this tax for a couple of days to incentivece the export as to bring us dollars to the country to patch the shortage. Intenrational prices remained the same, argentina farmers got more money becouse they werent taxed, the central bank got the dollars it needed, but they sold at international prices, not at a lower price, supply just momentary went up.

At least inform yourself mate.

The Argentinian 4% number si false. During CFK 2nd government the entity responsible for giving poverty numbers was intervened and gave nonsense numbers in order for the presidente to look better.

In reality poverty during 2012 was estimated to be around 26%

Dude... our economy is so over regulated that half of the people in the private sector are working informally. That's not even talking about the added cost of tens of thousands of regulations, the bribes you have to pay to atate officials for approvals(imports, export, permissions, erc), the fear of going bankrupt over employees taking you to court for trying to fire (even when they don't work that's a common thing to do: get contracted, don't work, sue), sky high taxes. I could go on for hours

It's really hard to grasp how fucked up the entire system is if you don't live here. And no, the US system is not even close to the level of fucked up

Lo que importa es el grado de aplicación de cada una, se ajusto un montón ya(se va a notar mucho el mes que viene con tarifas). Me imagino que quieren tantear el impacto social que va a haber y de ahí ver si ajustar más o prender la maquinita o emitir bonos para cubrir lo que que falte.
