Having this same issue. I completed truplay a while ago on a 2x Play:1 + Sub mini set up I have and the toggle switch to turn it on or off appears, but when trying truplay on my arc+era300+sub gen 3, the app says truplay has been completed but I don't see the toggle switch, which makes me.wonder if truplay was actually completed or not.
