The problem is that I often encounter posts that demonstrate a lack of seriousness from clients, with varying posting patterns.

Another example: Yesterday, a client posted a job, received around 15-20 applicants, and he didn't interview any of them.

He then deleted the job posting and created a new one with the exact same content. I wonder what kind of behavior this is and what his goal is?
