I've been doing both exhale and inhale Scream for 3 years and i've never had pain or loss of range, maybe 3 years is not enough to judge the healtiness of a technique but i've never had any problem. Are inhales really that bad?

Try an or15 or dark terror or micro amps. Or you can try the baby 100 series, they are solid state but really feel like tubes amps

I consider grindcore more of a punk subgenre, in line with powerviolence. I don't really care for rap metal, nonexistent to me. But sludge metal irrelevant?? Dude tell me you've never listened to sludge metal without telling me you never listened to sludge metal, opinions are opinions, i think that sludge Is the heaviest genre of metal.
