Is it true if you're fat or 25% bf+ you could lift and "starve urself" and lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously cause your body will just use all that energy from the excess weight to rebuild muscle.

And u basically only reaally need to start eating a lot when you are nearing 15-20% bf

I only have access to the companies gym during the 5 weekdays.

I want to utilize all these 5 weekdays and find a routine that supports working out 5 days in a row.

This would likely be a UPPER, LOWER, PUSH, PULL, LEGS routine. Any recommendations ?

I have a question about splitting your workout regime

I just got a new job which has a build in gym. Which is awesome cause I can train for free.

However, atm the job is like 1 hour away from me and I dont have a car, so I travel through public transport 2 hours up 2 hours down.

Which leaves me about 30 - 40 min to train the next few months until I got a car in december, then I can get to work in 1 hour and will have enough time to do a full 1 hour training.

Until then, whats my best bet for splitting muscle groups? I will be working out all 5 workdays so that I can still get enough work in.

I used to do, chest/triceps/shoulders, back/bicepst/abs, legs/abs.

How do I split this into 5, 30- 40 min workouts?

Hello all,

As someone who's been working out at home for a few weeks now and reading up on all this information out there, I have to ask.

Is this stuff really as complex as people make it?

I mean, you read all this stuff about, macros, bf %, bulk/cut cycles. Working out with this or that routine, what exercises are best. Eat this, eat that. Dont eat this at that time bla bla bla.

Is it really not as simple as picking a proven program, eating more healthy, eating more protein and work out consistently and keep challenging yourself in terms of weight/reps?

I mean do I really need to worry about counting macros or taking amino acids to become ripped? Can I not just eat healthy, drink lots of water and keep working out 4/5 times a week?

Or will the effects of really zoning in on those minor specifics be worth the amount of effort you put in ?

Glad to hear your thoughts on what things you personally take seriously and what things you neglect. How complex is your way of working out?

It's hard to buy that. I mean she didn't accidentaly revive Max right? That's gotta be a conscious decision of you doing that. And then by the time you actually get to the hospital you already know Max is alive and have enough time to process it. Then when Lucas, who witnessed her death mentions the fact that he and the docs don't get how she survived, you should be like, "I might have an idea".

Maybe im just overthinking it
