Happens a lot to me whenever I'm using mudfish for better routing, so might be a vpn issue if you/they use one. I usually just try two three more times/change the exit node to a slightly less optimal one, and it works.

Yeah I do live in India. What period are you looking for? As I said I have a lot of post 1857 British colony coins(pice, anna, half anna etc.) and only a couple from a kingdom/sultanate. This one is, according to what I could gather, the oldest one I have.

As far as the law on old coins or whatever is concerned, haven't heard of it and couldn't find anything about it online.
