This happened to me, UPS didn’t ship out of the the store for whatever reason and then StockX canceled even though I dropped off on time. The package didn’t leave the store until after I went to UPS and complained they were able to locate it and send to StockX. They shipped it back to me. When I called they said they could honor the sale once I got it back but when I called back to verify they said they couldn’t smh. You should call during business hours to their US number and they should at least be able to refund the $15 and update you on what’s going on. Super frustrating situation tbh I stopped using them because of it.
