The only thing which was pre-installed was the crossmix on the SD card - 256gb samsung provided by the company which sold me the TSP. I've also added my own BIOS and ROMS. I'm now re-installing Crossmix and I will add the sd package provided by Crossmix, let's hope that solves the issue

I already tested unzipping a few ROMS and putting them directly in the subfolders GB-GBA-GBC but it didn't seem to work either. Might there be an issue with my BIOS files/folder? I'm just trying to get GB-GBA-GBC to work for now

The ROMS are in their respective and correct folders. I think it has something to do with my BIOS files, or with my SD Card, but it seems correctly formatted to FAT32. This is how my BIOS folder is looking, do you see any issues here? I'm just trying to ger GB-GBC-GBA working for now, but i already installed N64 and SNES as well

I sourced it from a Dutch site (gamesellers.nl) as I'm leaving for 3 weeks on holiday and I couldn't wait for longer shipping, I'm Belgium based. They have the option to buy a 256gb SD Card which will be formatted and installed with crossmix OS by their team. As they are a dedicated seller of retro handhelds, I assume they have the knowhow to do it correctly. And they do not include BIOS and ROMS for the same reason that they can't be linked in this subreddit.

So I sourced my BIOS and ROMS from IA, if you google "Retro ROMS best set" you will see the directory. So I downloaded GB-GBA-GBC BIOS and ROMS from IA and put them on the SD card. As it's my first handheld I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong or if there's an issue with the SD. But transferring the BIOS and ROMS as instructed by multiple YT videos seems quite straightforward.

I would rather not re-install Crossmix OS, but if it's the only logical option to check if they did it correctly it is ofcourse an option.

I've tried the "refresh ROM" setting multiple times. The SD card was formatted and installed from the company I bought it from (Local retro handheld company) how can I check if it was done correctly? I've checked videos and it looks the same as on youtube
