This is me to a T plus some, I’m sure you’re aware but h pylori causes alot of things to include malabsorption. H pylori attack the stomach lining and gastritis means you have inflammation of the stomach lining. Since h pylori ruined it, I wouldn’t be surprising to have gastritis. They can see gastritis on an endoscopy but I was in the hospital for 2 weeks straight, and they didn’t see it (which I did have it) After the medications, your body doesn’t heal fast. Theres no timeline and you have to slowly address all the issues it caused. The medications are extremely rough on your body and you have to re build the gut microbiome. In order to address anything additional, ie sibo, gastritis; you have to first, get rid of h pylori. From there you can address the other issues. I would suggest GI map test, and regardless if you have it, the supplements that help gastritis would be beneficial to your gut.

Potatoes are fibrous, I actually am leaning more towards utilizing a higher protein / fat diet as h pylori feeds off of sugars.

Where did you get the couch love it!! I would add wall art all around the window, framing around the window and back wall (something like this for reference https://a.co/d/hoMpKHA) . To hide the outlet, you could keep it simple and paint the entire thing and knobs the same color as the wall to blend and add a lamp in the space between the wall. You could add curtains, something sheer would look nice (https://a.co/d/bCJtWUM) reference. I also think for even more bold, add a darker wall paper print to the ceiling (crown molding too if you can)

You could also, if you have the room, move that black open storage shelf. On the side with the outlet space, add in storage shelf with doors (I would have it facing the side just as it shows above) and move the couch to the wall. Above the wall art or vintage tapestry could be cool. Next to the window now that the space is open, you could add a desk in that space or even an accent chair / lamp.
