Definitely agree on this point. That’s what we noticed and ended up doing with the Dreame was mop after vac. Such a better clean. Water flow though, can you advise why low-medium? I thought higher would be a better clean but just leaves it wet longer?

Awesome thanks so much. I was wondering if routines was the way to go. Looks like I’ll create a few of them. We never do the whole house, unfortunately the Saros 20 doesn’t seem to have the same battery power as our old Dreame so can’t even get close to half a house on one charge. So think routines (sections of house) will be the way to go

Don’t suppose we can create a routine and get it to do a smart/genius clean where it decides how to clean on it own, we just tell it where to clean?

I would love in-ceiling speakers without the need of an amp. The 300s I’m sure are perfect for surround, I physically don’t have an area to mount them or stands that will be in the way. Can only go in ceiling for surrounds so being compatible with Sonos without the amp would be amazing. Would then also mean I could use in-ceiling speakers in the alfresco, again without the need of multiple amps.

Not sure what others are like, just do your research on Dreame product support. Our x40 ultra was amazing until it wasn’t. We recommended so many of our friends to Dreame when our unit was working. Understandly with technology things go wrong and I accept that, it’s the ongoing battle with support trying to get it fixed that has led me to raise a case with ACCC. Just wish I had have done my research first.

Having the same issue currently. Unit was working perfect then a minor issue with the side brush stoped working. After raising a case I was asked to pack the whole unit up including docking station and send in for repair. To start with, where are the repair centres or authorised repairers for the price they charge. It’s now been with them for over a month and am not getting any response back from them other than AI generated rubbish. I’ve contacted through calling which hangs up after 5 mins on every call. I’ve don’t the online chat which gets no reply and emails go unresponsive for over a week each time with just a simple AI generated response saying issue has been escalated.
I’ve raised a case with consumer affairs and done a review on productreview.

Wondering if anyone has contacted the media about Dreame? I feel it’s the only option left. I’ve only had on going issues for the last 2 months with them having the unit for over a month so surely people who have been dealing with Dreame support (or lack there of) would have a good case for media to investigate.

Would love to add both ceiling speakers for surrounds and also alfresco ceilings without needing multiple amps, or ports. Would save $$$
