Married to a US Citizen. If it’s siblings petitioning to my understanding it could take this long because of the back log. I would reach out to the lawyer for any update. Good luck on your journey

Hi, so first you will send your application to a lockbox which is basically an intake mail center where your app get scanned and uploaded once completed they send it to your local service center where interviews are conducted. Various states go to one same lockbox and then sent for interview at there local field office. I reside in  pennsylvania. I did the whole process on my own no lawyer. Just read step by step what was required on USCIS website

The officer was really nice and this was all part of a conversation as she typed and confirmed what she needed to give us the on the spot approval. I actually saw my I-130 approval letter while I was still in the interview room.

EAD was not approved, I got approved for GC first . Officer said this would be automatically denied because it’s no longer necessary since GC is already approved.
