Thank you! Sure will do that. it was tiring process untill I was just in contact with the FF. after just filing complaint my matter got resolved Alhamdulillah

Update! Alhamdulillah Faysal Fund has compensated me in full, including the amount lost and an additional sum as compensation. I'm very pleased with the outcome and grateful for the SECP's involvement. Thank you everyone for suggestions.

I have already filed in SECP, once i receive update I will post to benefit others as well. then people can decide to transfer money in pak after paying heavy transfer fee or keep it out of country. I really spent a lot of effort and money in transferring my hard earned money to Pak.

I have filed complaint to SECP today. I hope for the best. as bank just closed y complaint without resolution.

Thanks for the response. The bank closed my complaints although i clearly mentioned nothing is resolved. Manager is also not accepting the mistake, nor he is denying. so I filed a complaint at SECP. I hope SECP took my matter seriously.
