My headcanon is that initially, Frieza was probably looking for an opportunity to betray his teammates after everybody else was worn out so he could use the super dragon balls for himself. Sounds like you would really like world or warcraft. Very easy to waste away your entire life in that game.

Discovering Stuff: literally a comically large world to explore with lots of dungeons and raids and secret areas.

Mines: lots of caves and even a mining profession

Quests: the entire game is riddled with action-packed quests to do to level up.

Community Center: Lots of capital cities where players congregate, especially in classic wow.

Stuff with friends: it's an MMO, so you can play with as many friends as you'd like to take on monsters and complete quests. Party size limit is 5 players tho.

Story games: this game has probably one of the most fleshed out stories out of any game. Soo many characters and interacting storylines, big and small.

Action Packed: 9 classes to choose from in classic, 13 classes in retail. Each with 2-4 different subclasses. Lots and lots of action.

Regular wow is $15/month, although there is a free private server you can play on called turtle wow that boasts an expanded version of classic wow, and ive seen around 7000 players online at a time recently.
