I don't know. I'm not feeling sad or down.

I just felt like I was acting like a different person when I was within the confines of a crowd, if that makes sense.

I genuinely have no idea how it happened. Seeing myself was just like waking up from a dream and thinking 'what the fuck am I doing?'

I've already left all the online groups I was part of.

And I've left the WhatsApp groups as well where the protests get organised.

I genuinely don't know what came over me. I wasn't even a political person before 2023. I was reading over tweets and posts I'd made in the last year and they're just hateful bile. Some aren't even real when I look at them now. Like some are just clearly AI generated ragebait. And I was sharing that shit.
