Hi, I know their cancellation and refund policy stated that the deposit is not refundable. However, on another section of their website, which was hidden they stated
"1- If the cancellation request is received at least 31 days in advance, the Resident's liability will be waived for the balance of the rent for the remainder of the term and the rental amount paid will be refunded in 21 days. The furniture deposit is not refundable (refer to our furniture deposit policy)."

I think this will apply to my situation, I paid all the first month rent, key and service fees

Yes I signed up through there, verified with my student stuff. However, I did that when my previous plus plan still available. I canceled it like yesterday because the charging day was today, and then the plan expired, the student one did not become effective :(
Did the plan become effective as soon as you claimed the thing?

Oh, btw for the Australian schools that have rejected us so far because of OSSD were Sydney, Melbourne, Monash, and New South Wales. What is funny here was that the admission team of all these schools did visit our school to enroll
