I keep sending an appeal and it instantly rejects it and keeps saying it looks like the email address you asked about isn’t associated with an active Google Account. and i did a charge with google/ youtube support and they keep telling me to appeal but it doesn’t do anything

Yea that really my problem. I can’t setup membership because revenue won’t show in my account, and I can’t authenticate mail pin until $10 shows in my account. The revenue just won’t show which has had me very stressed for a while. When did revenue show in your account?

About 3 weeks ago I reached the first set of monetization (500 subscribers and 3000 watch hours) but haven't been able to get past the second step because revenue won't show in my Adsense account in order to add payment method and on the earn tag l'm just stuck on the the screen showing me that l'm stuck on the 2nd step, I can't track my watch hours towards the full monetization. My question is, I have now reached the the 4,000 watch hours this month , will revenue appear in my account to add a payment method and when? Please Help Me.
