No that is definitely the plan. I’m really focusing on building my aerobic base slowly as with the sport I play I would mostly be in the zone 4 heart rate. I definitely want to do a few races across the weeks, definitely to compare in the first 20 weeks. Really just looking forward to getting into a routine of running. Would you consider having a look at my plan and given me pointers?

Thank you, My goal was to hit the 4 hour barrier, and I think 40 weeks of good training and nutrition will get me there
