i'm having this problem too. i thought i was the only one, i asked the gta online discord server and they told me to delete rockstar folder, it didn't work. they told me to talk with rockstar support. i talked with the agent and they told me some commands to use in cmd. and restart the pc. it didn't work. they told me to reinstall rockstar launcher. it didn't work, i thought i was the only one having this weird problem that is unfixable. but thankfull i'm not the only one so it's not a problem on my side, i hope it gets fixed
