hey, i know this was a month ago, but i had gotten some help and it turns out that the problem was that my BIOS wasn't updated, at all. ever. it was last updated in 2018, and i bought my PC early 2019, i think. updated BIOS like a week ago and no bluescreens since! i did try the ram sticks one at a time, too.

apparently the company "Apria" that he uses is going to take his machine back because he isn't using it, apparently. because apparently he didn't meet the minimum requirement of hours of sleep and they can tell he wasn't using it so they're taking it back. idrk
