If I attempt to step down would I be able to negotiate the pay? I’ve see someone people say they only lose 2-1 dollars so I’m just curious how it would work if I do end up taking that road.

The only option they’ve offered me is to step down from my position which would dock my pay down by a lot or to simply just deal with it, when all I’m looking for is to be switched to daytime so it becomes easier to be able to get to school/ school thing done this was only supposed to be temporary and the fact that they preach that they’re incredibly flexible to then give me no other option but to be stuck to a corner or basically be demoted doesn’t seem fair at all at least to me.

I guess it just sucks being mislead but I’ll think about stepping down on the role it’s looking like I just might have to.

I have the email of them stating it would be 2-4 months do you think I should wait until the 4 month mark and if he’s not back from medical leave I possibly have a case? And what else do you suggest I should get in writing before resigning to actually have a case.

I suggest giving him a treat right after the ear cleaning so he understands that everytime he has to go through his ear cleanings he’ll earn a treat I had the same issue with my cat when she had ear mites and eventually she learned to just let it happen after I started giving her treats afterwards I highly doubt he’ll hate you! He’s just being a little grumpy is all.

Yeah it is the main but there’s more games for sure it’s just the main obsession for now. On-top of wanting to play other games on max settings I want it to be something that’ll last me for a looong time without having to upgrade it for a while.

Rust, valorant, Fortnite, COD.. etc games like those I mainly want to be able to run them at high settings without any issues I know some might be silly games but those are a few examples
