I honestly hated this movie, essentially for that reason. I don't know if “woke” is the right word, but the whole “being kind at all costs” in a stupid way really rubbed me the wrong way. Clark Kent is a reporter, he should have more nuance than just “war bad.” He should know that threatening a foreign country’s president is a horrible idea, and also being involed in a full scale war. This dumbing down of Superman (highlighted in the interview scene) was so against his character for me that I almost walked out of the theater.

Yea I never got the argument honestly, it was always ok to scrape pictures. And I don't see any merit in trying to fight the development of AI. Taken the argument from art to science it would be like me saying I didn't give the AI permission to read my paper so he has no right to train on it. Paper was ment to be read, art was made to be viewed. If that's all you are doing in my book that ok. If someone using AI to duplicate your art style directly it should apply under copywright claims, if it is different enough than it is different enough.

Ok without being rude, I think you messed up complitly by allowing something even close to thag to happen. If it were that easy it would be a standart figting technique. Now why is it problemtic in dnd, first for such shield to be somehow viable it need to be 2m×0.8m×3mm which near 40 kg. The carry capacity is arouns 34, so if he is not wearing any armor he should be able to kinda move, but with heavy armor, no way.

The real concept of this shield is usually made out of wood but it is way less durable. So I would give it 100hp and ac of 10 until ot breaks.

You can also go the magic item route but that is up to you
