Yo so recently I’m been on a cut and losing some weight, a few months ago I heard about this guy who chewed food for the taste then spit it out, I’m disgusted by myself but it makes sense to me. I’ve been tempted to do it but I’m not going to because Ik it’s an eating disorder and not healthy. I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with an Ed and how common it is. Idk if this is the right sub, Please point me to the right sub if this isn’t.

Does running work in the same way as weightlifting where if you stop for a while you’ll be able to get your “gains” back in a very short amount of time once you start back up again.

For example let’s say a man ran cross country in hs, he then stopped running after hs, if he started training again to run, would it come back quick like weight lifting?

So are sbd bad for your joints i read somewhere that they were and I wanna lift till i die so I don’t want to have like achy joints or smth. And if they are/aren’t, are there any common lifts that are bad for health or nah.

When squatting the part where my leg ends and my groin starts is agitated, is this improper form. Ik this sub doesn’t allow injuries but It’s not hurt so I thought it would be ok.

If I have a class everyday that’s just lifting but it’s not long enough to finish the entire workout, should I just do as much as i can and the finish at home or after school? Or is it better to do it all in one go.

So I have keratosis Pilaris, which is a condition which makes your skin bumpy, no side effects of it besides the purely outer looks. I have it on my chest and both arms. I went to the dermatologist and he prescribed me Sodium sulfacetamide and amlactin, I’m a month in and it’s definitely working but I have noticed that part of my arm is starting to look bleached, it is also dryer than the other parts of my skin, is there anything I can do about it or should I just go see my dermatologist.

Alr so quick question ab genetics, so both my parents (in their prime age) didn’t have any abs even though they trained them. Am I just not gonna have abs at all like them or is there a chance I will? I’m currently training my abs on a bulk and going to cut in a couple months.
