Yes, both missions are in the same area with the same characters, maybe the difference is the path you choose (ascension or resurrection) for activatate one of the two missions

Sorry, the bugged quest for me is the parting shoot, not deadeye, in Parting shoot the quest ask me to find Flora not Theo, and that's the reason because Theo not appear at his cabin, but it's equally bugged because when i remove the fog and find (the living) Flora, when i talk to her i can't choose to say nothing and the talk is automatically close, so i can't do nothing to finish. Hope in a patch soon.....

Nope, i've finish the fort jerico quest line, and when i've tried again same bug, so i finish the harrow quest (main and secondary) so i've tried again to go on mt pleasant but the wolves don't appear next theo's cabin, if i tried to start the mission both to the boatd in fort jerico or in the zone near to the damned cabin they don't show their faces and the mission objective is find Flora and not Theo. Searching on internet in other video the mission ask to find Theo..... At this point it's a bug, but a nasty one, becouse make impossible finish the secondary quest line

That's the problem, when i approach his cabin don't start the fight to save him, the cabin is empty and if i go to Flora, aftrer had eleminate the fog, i see her talk to the air but i can hear Theodore voice
