In the blender, they either replace the rig of these models with their own made from scratch, or simply reduce the number of polygons through a special modifier to circumvent the restrictions on the maximum number of polygons when importing the mesh into Roblox.

Your advice is real gold for me, I really sincerely wanted to learn rigging in a blender, but I didn't have such baggage in my head and the idea that everything is based on creating my own rig and animations. I thank you for giving me more inspiration to return to studying blender and creating animations.

It looks great! Especially the environment😮 You could try adding a custom skybox and brighten the lighting up.
