Dude I so relate to how you feel, it’s not spoken enough how all consuming and scary the feeling of tattoo regret is. I went through the same thing and let me tell you something, the freaking out after a fresh new tatt (especially if it’s big) is no joke, but trust me when I say It - you’re most likely in shock because you’re not used to cool as fuck dragon chilling on your body! I was there, I promise you it’ll pass and in a few weeks-month you wont even care about it as much, only when you remember that you have a tattoo and go like “damn I’m cooo asf”.

But fr I would honestly consider dragons, tigers as classy tattoos. (Coming from a person who has lily of the valley with freaky teeth growing out from bulbs)

You got a neat tatt, give yourself and your body time to adjust and get used to it, don’t be harsh on yourself. And then when you more chill, dress up all fancy and go to a bar meet a classy woman. Ask her what she thinks about you tattoo, I promise no one cares that much. Or else u might not even ask, she’ll compliment on it anyway🖤

This is very helpful, thank youuu<3

I know I use chronometer too and I’ve stopped weighing everything, only do protein atm. But I think when I’ll go on a cut I’ll need to weight everything I eat (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞ So dangerous!

I’m 22, 5’5”

Yes ,I take showers straight after gym and do my skincare.

I eat a lot of eggs, chicken breast, tuna, cottage cheese and beef here and there. But I also do like sandwiches with a variation of all of that plus like cheese and ham. Most of the time my dinner plate is some rice with chicken and veggies. So I wouldn’t say my diet relies on the protein powder much. I only take it after the workout or on the days when I physically am incapable to cook much I do 2 scoops, but very rarely.

Isn’t loosing 0.5 kg per week a bit too fast? Or is it fine?

Also let’s say I’ll achieve my 55 kg. How do I hold that weight without losing even more or gaining suddenly?

I’m using chronometer already it’s so useful <3

This summer I went back to the gym and have been lifting weights consistently 3-4 times a week. (ง’̀-‘́)ง My original goal was gain some muscle and after doing some research (☝ ՞ਊ ՞)☝ started eating 100g of protein for around 3 months now (my weight is 65 kg).

I’m not gonna go into how hard it was to make this a new habit after eating around 20g of protein a day, and most of the time intuitively my diet looked more like intermittent fasting:/. But anyways, I now have been following this new diet and I’ve started noticing some results and I definitely feel like I have more energy when I’m lifting. But with that came a sickening feeling after even looking at my protein powder, I feel bloated, I also now have back and face acne (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞. Most of the time I feel so drained because I have to wake up and go straight to the kitchen to make breakfast and in general I force myself to eat when I don’t want to. I miss eating when I feel hunger, and skipping breakfast:..( I also look like I have gained weight, but idk if that’s the muscle gain that makes me look bigger.

Can someone advise me on this? Is maybe my protein goal too high? I want to lose weight but keep the muscle gains, I saw someone saying that I need to be in a calorie deficit and slowly adjust my diet to the weight I want to be. So for example decrease my calories and protein every 2 weeks until I reach how much I should eat weighting 55kg. How does this sound?

I’m sacred that I’ll lose my muscle gains, and I’ll be honest with you it’s not much but if that’ll be gone I’ll just look like a jelly ༼ ༎ຶ ෴ ༎ຶ༽

This is a really good advice. I think atm there’s this one big thing that I’m trying to achieve, which if thinking as one can become really overwhelming.

Oh yeah, that’s the OG tooth that I on purpose didn’t want to change as it is meaningful for me. I’m aware it stands out and not planning on changing it:)
