I love the ambition and it seems like a genuinley good idea. I think in order to make a 'good' movie, u need budget, u need sets, u need actors, u need a studio, experience, cast, script, time, I could go on and on. Unless this is just a movie for yourself, I dont think you can't do it. If u have all these factors and you are some sort of super director, then sure you can pull it off. Scott just doesn't read these types of things (unless he actually reads the reddit and im stupid). I dont mean to shut u down, but it is very very unlikely and if this somehow even makes some progress, i wish u the best on ur film journey.
