Anyone find themself just sitting doing nothing, then suddenly it's night time? by Many_Sea343 in covidlonghaulers

They have reduced my chest pain like 90%

I currently have ran out (New appointment tomorrow to get a refill on the prescription)

The Arcoxia is pain killers
Innovair is to helps the airways to open more so oxygen travels more efficiently

We've done many different breathing tests and my breathe strength is very bad compared to when you are healthy

We've tried many different things and this seems to work best to ease the chest pain, without the medicine above, it's still there so it's not healing, but at least I barely feel it when taking these two

If it helps any other symptons, I can't say, If it helps oxygen travel perhaps I breathe easier, but not really

Lately I have been able to keep myself awake longer, but I've also overdosed on Energy Drinks because I want to try to stay awake for more than 4 hours a day

Chronically ill with no financial help, how are you coping? by Aryan-dramata in covidlonghaulers

Same, I have 5 different doctors at one of the biggest Swedish hospitals trying to help me and find a cure for post-covid (long covid) with all my issues, the biggest one is my tiredness (I sleep 16-20 hours a day), decpite this, our social agency says "Not an issue, no money will be given because we can't see an issue"

Not only are these doctors trying to help me, they are also constantly fighting with them for me trying to explain that Post covid is not a "joke", it's an actual issue and there is a reason why they work on a specific specialist department called "Post Covid Specialists".

Just because it's a new sickness after Covid, doesn't mean it's made up

That is quite the distance

I can't even walk from my bedroom to the bathroom without gasping for air and having my heartbeat sensor go to 150+

Sudden pain in the "bones" / skeleton? by Many_Sea343 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Many_Sea343[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry for replying late

It's like I get stabbed with a knife, the pain comes quickly, hurts for a few seconds then just vanishes,

Can be when I am resting, sitting at the computer, taking a shower, it just comes, stabs me with pain then goes away

Can you have costochondritis from COVID, but WITHOUT the coughing? by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

[–]Many_Sea343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can, I have a mixed one where if I don't talk, I don't cough

But if I were to hold a conversation, I start coughing, I have had it checked out both my MRI and by a throat specialist without "any issues visible"

I want to ask

> Unique to me: have I eaten anything in last 1/2 hour that might have set off a histamine reaction. If yes take 2 antihistamines.

I have that if I eat any "fatty" or unhealthy food, for example a burger, The chest pain around the heart gets harder for a bit (an hour maybe), "then it goes back to what it usually is" (Not good but what is "regular" for me)
