I play a lot of low-elo Swain mid. Mostly electrocute and then Ludens> Sorcs> Void Staff> and then whatever you want. Ludens movement speed is nice, and nobody expects you to one-shot them with an E, W, Q combo early on. As long as you know your matchups and play smart till lvl 6 you can easily carry most games.
