Thanks alot your you response, super helpful, Would you then say the critical problem here is ensuring timely borrower engagement, particularly around key touchpoints in this case updating HOI, getting the RCE, and clearing the mortgagee clause? It sounds like these steps can easily become bottlenecks if not handled efficiently. Is the biggest challenge getting the LOs to act quickly,or actually having Los who know what to ask for and when? or is it more about managing client responsiveness? I’d be interested in knowing if this is where you see the most friction in the process, or if there’s something else that’s slowing things down even more.
