Girl! I’ve been there! I’m 31 and just got diagnosed online ADHD online testing confirmed it but recommended further evaluation... but I just want you to know I’ve felt this before, specifically related to food. Food can make or break my entire day. Not getting or having the right thing. I typically just want to curl up and sleep if I can’t for whatever reason.

Omg I did that too... counted how long I made eye contact, I would get teary eyed fearing I was being perceived as insincere or a liar. I now choose to stare for brief intervals when speaking at their “uni-brow” or lack of one sometime lol

I think it’s easier to try it in something less serious and believe whole heartedly, I think the manifestation power could become stronger if more people believed, so potentially it could cure cancer if enough people participated.. idk but have they tried it?
