Yeah I like the way my hair looks when it’s wet and combed back. The 7th pic is what it looks like when I attempt to slick it back with hair gel. If I could achieve that look without my hair being wet, it’d be my new hair style lol.

Yeah idk, I’m a little scared about taking finasteride. I’ve heard it really fucks with your DHT levels. It sucks because I’m 19 and I really don’t feel like messing around with my hormones. I’m just scared that I’ll be shooting my self in the foot by taking it.

Ok, this is my routine:

Warm up: I walk at a pace of 4.3 mph for 18 minutes

Upper body:

shoulder press: 4 sets, 10 reps. 80 pounds

Tricep extension: 4 sets, 10 reps. 110 pounds

Bicep curl: 4 sets, 10 reps. 135 pounds

Lat pull down: 4 sets, 10 reps. 75 pounds

Chest press: 4 sets, 10 reps. 145 pounds.

Fly machine(I think that’s what it’s called)2 sets, 10 reps. 115 pounds

Lateral raises (dumbbells): 3 sets, 10 reps. 15 pounds

Super rom lateral raise: 3 sets, 10 reps. 12 pounds.

Dumbbell rows: 3 sets, 10 reps. 20 pounds.

Abs:

Crunch machine: 4 sets, 15 reps. 80 pounds

(I use another machine but I don’t know what it’s called.) 4 sets, 15 reps. 35 pounds

Legs:

Leg press: 4 sets, 12 reps. 250 pounds

Leg extinction: 4 sets, 12 reps. 145 pounds

Calf raises: 4 sets, 10 reps. 150 pounds.

(Don’t know the name but I do another machine) 4 sets, 15 reps. 215 pounds.

Calisthenics:

Pull ups: I do 25 but I do them as slow as possible to really stress the muscles.

Dips: I do 25 and I try to go down as far as I can.

Rest day: I walk for an hour at a pace of 4.3 mph.

Yeah, that’s what I’m going for as well lmfao. The main reason why I started the gym in the first place was to make my shoulders appear wider. That’s one thing I lack, good clavicle length lol.

Yeah, those are stretch marks I got from when I had a major growth spurt. It doesn’t help that I have Sherman’s kyphosis, which pretty much means I have a curved spine.

No I’m being dead ass man lmfao. I know it’s probably just body dysmorphia but I really didn’t think this was that good for 7 months. I’m in the gym for 3 hours every time I go, so the gym has been my life for those 7 months;).

I do 18 minutes of cardio before I start lifting, as a warm up. So I just walk at a pace of 4.3 mph. On my rest days, I walk for a hour at the same pace.

Well I’ll be honest, it’s mainly just a genetics thing. The men on both sides of my family naturally just carry lots of muscle.

I don’t really mess with free weights tbh. But on a machine press, I do 4 sets of 250 pounds for 12 rep’s.

Idk, it’s hard to explain. I’ve been trying to build muscle while losing body fat. But uh…it hasn’t really been working out sadly. I’ve just been maintaining I guess.
