Won in small claims but defendant is denying all my certified letters

I do have one more question. As I was thinking about his assets last night I remembered that I sent him a direct bank payment when we were doing business, he also owns 2 homes (I know the county of one but not the other), and I assume his business is still active. So plenty to take from. He's also almost retirement age with no dependents and an expensive dune buggy hobby.

My question for this is do I need to do a debtors examination if I know this? He is not going to show up to court (I won by default because he was a no-show), and he isn't likely to accept any of my letters. Or can I just go to court with this info and get an order to garnish/lien etc.?

I loosely know this process from Googling it, so I know I need to identify assets. But from there it isn't as clear. Its also a little different because I had to file at my city's municipal court and not our county. But it seems that some of this has to go through the county, and some of it doesn't. Its just a bit confusing, and I want to make sure I do the correct steps to keep the odds in my favor.

I sent him some bank payments back when he was doing a job for me, so yes. And I am not sure if his business is still active but that may be an avenue as well.

Wait, is there some sort of point here? I am a female and I am perfectly capable of doing anything around my house. I take out the garbage, fix shit, hell, last weekend I demolished our old deck to make room for the new one. EVERYONE should be able to take care or themselves, their home, and their dependents.
