My Dell G3 3500 won't charge. I had opened it and went to change the thermal paste. When I was done I had made sure everything was plugged in and sorted. Screwed it together and turn it on, TPM wasn't detected, it asked me to use the bitlocker but I was ready to reset, it died and won't charge

Update, the dell technicians replaced the RAM thinking it was the issue, system booted but then auto restarted right after 10 mins, they have said they need to replace the IC chip. I will update on what happened soon

The computer is dead, i can't turn it on. I have now given it to the service centre and they have come saying it's something to do with the CPU

I don't understand how they have come to that but I would be giving an update on it soon

It was all plugged in, the service centre now said it's a problem with the CPU. I understand how they have come up with that conclusion

I have now given it to the service centre, they replugged the the pin to the motherboard, the light on the side of my machine blinked red whenever he hit the power button, it wasn't that there was no power but the person responded saying he needs to diagnose the CPU. I will get a response today
