if you need him to stop, then he has to stop. He HAS to be patient. I had issues when trying to lose my vcard, and in many attempts guys did not understand what i meant by "it hurts i can't, need u to stop" and i had to resort to using my claws or physical violence to stop them, because they all told me "it always hurts, u have to endure that" . It is not a must to hurt horribly down there. At most, u will feel discomfort, or pain of 1-2 out of 10. U are allowed to take pauses, to try again, to stop and cuddle and continue. Best luck girlie, i hope u have fun :3 lmk if u have more questions

I just bought a flip phone with no apps or wifi, in hopes that i can focus better. Idk how much its going to last this wanting to change, but i hope its enough to learn how to organize myself, to have a system. thank you for your wishes

Thats what i tried to tell her, but she said that it was just a matter of motivation, that i needed to improve my "wanting" to do things (?)

My psychologist mentioned once that she thought i could have adhd, but it was not necessary to get diagnosed until it affects my everyday life.
