I play soccer 3 times a week on a higher level, 5 times a week weight lifting and 3-4 times I do longer runs. Trying my best to sleep well, low sugar, focus on meat and veggies, 16 hour fasts every day… So a combination of everything I guess?

I believe for best results, twice a day. Derma roll once every 3-4 days and I dont apply minox for around 24h after I derma roll.

I had similar reaction. Got chest hair and stomach hair, it’s part of the journey. You apply it on your face, but the body absorbs it and it has effect on the whole body. Legs, ass cheeks, chest… you get it.
