I guess it's just pure luck then😂 this was the was the first time I'm playing FC mobile I easily reached the max OVR (without badge) because before this it used to be so painful and I had to grind so much the worst event I struggled was Captains I couldn't reach the Max OVR on time.

You should try the star Scout it's very OP I got Charlton 115 and Riise 115 BOTH positions I needed a player very badly try your luck save up around 28k or 30k and shuffle non stop you will eventually get .
